Enjoy a tranquil break unwinding in beautiful surroundings, practicing Yoga or Pilates in a programme of taught classes daily in our sun room by the pool, whilst listening to the sounds of the birds. Late afternoons can be spent relaxing by the pool or wandering around the town, which has plenty of historic interest, plus excellent restaurants, for tapas and drinks. Other nearby towns such as Antequera are equally pretty with a castle, roman remains and plenty of shops. Evenings can be spent relaxing over a delicious and healthy meal with a glass of wine, watching the sunset, swallows and bats, or for the more energetic, a walk up through the pine forest behind the hotel to the Sanctuary at the top, or just to the view point and stone seats set in a circle for a quiet moment of meditation. For those who like to combine Pilates with walking – Andalucia is stunning, with an endless vista of green rolling hills studded with perfect chequered lines of olive groves. Clear lakes, pine forests, streams running through wild flowers, carpeting valleys and rocky hills causing the typical winding roads are just some of the delights!
