Book all five rooms for a group of up to 10 people for a special celebration weekend or longer. We will make it extra special with buffets, BBq’s, live music, cake and celebration cocktail parties. Can also include activities. All tailored to suit the occasion.

Hotel Almohalla 51 is beautiful and charming small casa rural and the pool terrace lends itself well to a venue for celebrations such as birthday, anniversary and pre wedding celebrations and a perfect setting for  photographs! Booking as a private venue you will have complete and exclusive use of the pool, terraces, patio, dining room and lounge areas as well as all 5 bedrooms.

To help you work out how many of your friends and family we can accommodate, the rooms are configured as below;

Room 1, superior double  with the option of an additional bed + €40. 

Room 2, superior double or twin 

Room 3, superior double or twin, with the option of an additional bed + €40. 

Room 4, superior double, with the option of an additional bed + €40. 

Room 5, superior double 

For block booking the hotel, the full price for 5 rooms for two nights ( minimum stay) will be €1,400 (without additional beds). 

Up to 10 persons in total (with option for an additional 3). 

A full Breakfast is included in the price. Lunch, snacks and alcohol can be bought at the hotel. And as a private block booking, we are happy to pre order drinks in for your use. 

We aim to be as flexible as possible and can accommodate your requirements and help with restaurant bookings and tickets for historic visits etc 

Plus for your special celebration we can help with planning and cook a special meal if required!

We can provide a buffet for the guests staying at Almohalla 51 for €30 per head, lunch or an evening meal for €40 per head. Drinks are not included ( but can be pre bought at cost).

We can provide tapas with wine and beer at €25 per head.

We can provide a special paella evening for €35 per head

We can book restaurants for you. 

We can organise live music for an additional cost.

You can use our sound system (Alexa) to play your own music (but with curfew of midnight outside as we are in a residential area) 

You are welcome to add your own flowers and decorations. 

We can also book and organise activities in advance, such as; 

Massage with Philipa €60 full body per hour per person

Yoga class at Iznajar beach or at the hotel €25 per person

Guided walks locally with walking experts, Ian and Steph €25 per person

Horse riding €30 per hour per person

Olive oil tasting €25 per person  

Craft beer tasting €22 per person  

Wine tasting at hermanos Gros vineyard €45 – 60  per person (depending if you prefer tapas or a meal to accompany the wine)  

Sunset boat trips on Lake Iznajar €30 per person

Via Ferrata climbing experience ( Iron steps)  (groups of 4 or more @€40 approx ) 

Malaga sunset boat trip €32

Cycling with Ken €60 half day. Per person (max 2).

Caminito del Ray walk tickets approx €35 per person

There is also a full-size municipal outdoor swimming pool, Tennis and Padel courts and plenty of running routes, locally. 

For transfers to and from Malaga airport a minibus hire for 8 people (plus driver = 9) is usually approx €100 per day and is easily the most economical way to get around. 

We can also offer to hire it for you and for an additional €150 offer a chauffeur (Ken!) to take you to your booked activities. If nine or ten people are in your party we can use our car with a small additional price to cover fuel. If you would like to book this option, you need to confirm asap please, so we can get you an accurate quote.

We want you to have a perfect stay without any problems and we understand how important it is to get everything right for your special weekend, so we will be completely flexible and work with you to provide everything you need. So nearer the time we will ask for details such as dietary requirements and timings so we can accommodate you in organising things such as a later breakfasts and flexible arrival/leaving times. We will be on hand to help throughout your stay.

If you choose to book we will ask you to confirm the booking by paying a non returnable 30% deposit as soon as possible to guarantee the booking. 

The deposit to pay on confirmation by email, will be 30% 

For a group booking, the remainder is due 4 weeks before arrival.

Please note, because Almohalla 51 is an ancient casa rural, there are steep uneven staircases and an unmanned pool. For this reason, the house is not suitable for people with mobility issues and small children. We have fans to cool you but no air con.
